From the feasibility study to the design of optics for LED and traditional light sources, theoretical efficiency calculation , angular distribution. The optics are made to customer specifications, for both single and multi-chip.

The method of work is divided into four phases:


  1. Define 3D CAD models,
  2. Application properties of materials and surfacesy,
  3. Ray-tracing and data analysis,
  4. Correction and optimization model.

Aluminum, resin or plastic reflectors with reflective coating for high UV, VIS and IR efficiency.


Glass, PC or PMMA lenses.



Prototypes and models of aluminum reflectors or resin-coated optical lens.


Measurements of relative efficiency and angular distribution with calculation FWHM or HWHM.
